I'm using this illustration of George W. for "vacant" since he will soon be gone! The idea of vacancy applies to him in more than that though. The time for his leaving office has finally arrived....his reign of eight years has been very long indeed. Corporate America may miss him but anyone with sense wont or anyone without the wealth to receive his tax cuts. Yes, some intelligent people supported him but that just proves that intelligence isn't wisdom. Good riddance Mr. Bush.Note America as his sucker.
